Tiffins or Yak and Yeti

If you excluded EPCOT, I may even agree.

Granted, I have not eaten at Monsieur Paul or Takumi Tai, but excluding those I would say Tiffin's is better than any other Epcot restaurant.

Certainly better than Chefs de France, Via Napoli, and definitely better than Le Cellier. But then, I've never understood the fascination with Le Cellier - it's mid-quality, USDA-Choice steaks in a loid, crowded space.

This topic clued me into something I had not thought of before...the food AT the parks is really not all that fantastic. Guess that shouldn't surprise me, but it does. A lot of good restaurants, but very few that I would say are fantastic (Tiffins, Le Cellier included). The food at the resorts is where it's at!!...IMO.

We love yak n yeti, is a must do for us. Tiffins too expensive, and upmarket, we like casual where we don’t feel out of place

We've been to Tiffin's five times. Once was so-so, mostly from a service perspective, but the other times, it's been superb. Definitely one of our favourites. We didn't go on our most recent trip because we knew we wouldn't make it late enough for dinner (we left the park at 2:30), but if we had, we would have eaten there. And I would have had the short rib yet again. Not only is it one of the best I've had, but the carrot puree that it comes with is divine. I never thought I'd say that about carrots, but it's true.

Agree, short ribs are where it's at! I would not get the whole fish option. My wife ordered it our first time there and was shocked that it was actually a whole fish. Now we know!

We've been to both... and had EXCELLENT and AWFUL at both.

Last trip to either/both was a year ago... at that time Y&Y beat out Tiffins in every category. I ordered the Surf & Turf at Tiffins, and it was inedible. Can't remember what the entree was at Y&Y but do remember liking it... and the dessert (Chocolate Pudding Cake) was the highlight of the meal.

I have had wonderful food at Tiffins, so this could have been a one off. I've also not been impressed with food at Y&Y so guess it's kind of luck of the draw some days...

Went to both last week... Yak & Yeti is a must-do for us, we enjoy the food and portions and we are Landry members so often get preferential seating and discounts. It is almost always crazy busy and not conducive to conversations bc it is so loud, especially if anyone in the group is hard of hearing.

We did Tiffins for the first time and sat at the end of lunch. We were 1 of 2 tables and it still took 10 min for a server to visit. Thought the food was OK but very expensive for what we got. Even weirder, I added steak to a noodle dish and it was INEDIBLE but when i sent it back the server said "yes just by looking at it I and the chef could tell it was not a good cut..." OK well then why did you serve it in the first place? Just can't justify the price to go back in the future. However, it was nice and peaceful when we went

I haven’t been to Tiffins but I loved Yak and Yeti on my last trip. Everyone’s food was delicious I definitely plan to go back

Y&Y is a must do for us each year. Tiffins was a one and done for us. Why?

While Tiffins was a fine restaurant with good food, the combination of the limited hours AK is open and the nearly two hour dining experience meant that a very significant amount of the day was spent at Tiffins eating. We've eaten at other in-park signatures, and didn't feel like we wasted a park day there because those other parks are open 12+ hours a day.

Y&Y is more like an Applebee's with an interesting menu. Food quality over the years has gone up and down. I fondly remember the buffalo burger, the seafood medley , and other hits that have come and gone. I joined Landry's club to get the $25 off on my birthday month and for the nearly immediate seating. Lunch is typically under an hour at Y&Y.

We had a 5:45 Tiffins (6pm park closing) a few weeks ago. It was our first experience at Tiffins. We were a party of 8, with two kids (10&7). We had an outstanding experience. Service was best we’ve ever had, and several agreed best in park meal we’ve ever had! I’ll add we also had two with celiac who were impressed with options and quality. They let us order churros to go from Nomad Lounge before the closed for the evening!

Which do you all like better?

if you are going for fried fish then Tiffins. OMG delicious. Otherwise more variety of good tasting food would be Yak & Yeti.

They are very different vibes, so this is totally dependent on you. That said: I'm a Tiffins person. The whole fried fish is out of this world good. Warning: the server is going to check with you several times to make sure you understand you'll be staring down your meal before putting in the order. I think there have been more than a few "Oh, I didn't know that was what I'd be eating!" complaints once it is served.
