The Plaza Restaurant in MK

I've been trying to get us (a party of 3) into the Plaza Restaurant for weeks. I realize it's small but the menu looks delicious and the prices are affordable for WDW. We've never eaten there. Is it worth me going insane with trying to book a dinner reservation?

You know, unless they have flipped it again, they only take ADRs for something like the first hour or so of business. After that it is walk up only. This is why you can't get an ADR.

No one can predict if you will have a long wait for a table what I suggest and would do myself if I was trying to eat there is go to the podium 45 minutes prior to the time you want to eat and put my name on the list and then you can probably get a table at your desired eating time or close to it.

I added The Plaza to our list and got an ADR for noon for party of two for our trip next month. And saw that there were also ADR times for 2 and 4pm, so they must be taking some reservations. Hope this helps.

I had a terrible time making a reservation for 3 at the Plaza. I ended up making a reservation for 4. I tried to modify it for three and after multiple tries on different days I was able to finally modify it.
If I hadn't modified it and 3 of us showed up for the original reservation for 4, we would not have been charged extra anyway.

It may have changed recently? I just looked at August and was given ADR times of 3:05 and 3:20. In October I see 3:20 as the latest also.

I believe they changed it again as I was able to make a reservation for 3:20 pm for next week.

The latest I've seen is 4:00 pm. We had ADR's there for our first day in MK but I moved it to LTT when it finally opened which is where we really wanted to go for lunch. We plan to do a walk in at Plaza on our second day in the park (1/2 day after morning in AK). We walked in there in 1998 with our, at the time, teenage sons. There was no wait at lunchtime then. I've searched for a later than 4 pm for DH and I and nothing ever pops up which tells me they still don't take them for dinner yet.

I also had a hard time getting an invitation. I was able to get a 2:15pm (once using Touring Plan Reservation Finder). Nothing earlier... EDIT: actually just got a 12pm for my date.
