The Official VILLAS at DISNEYLAND HOTEL (Discovery Tower) Owners and Fans Info Thread

Alright who's walking for December 😂 Last week of November is already grayed out already for 1 bedrooms! I am over here trying to be a good person and not walk!
Good luck! I liked the old reservation system better. The one where you got 11 months from checkout date. That would end walking.

I owe some updated versions!

I think we (collectively) have settled on even floor Deluxe Studios being Princess and the Frog themed, with odd floors being Sleeping Beauty themed. But I definitely need more guest reports of accessibility and tub features!

I also need to confirm the room numbers in the wing with rooms xx28 and higher. I should have a chance to do this in a future stay, but any sort of community assist would be greatly appreciated!

Anyway, here's floors 1-6, next post will be floors 7-12 due to max image rules on this forum.

We are staying in a deluxe studio, standard view that has a tub and is wheelchair and hearing accessible. Any guesses which rooms include all of those?

Possibly the XX27 stack floors that seem to have tub in standard category with some accessible. South end of hallway room.

Found another possible. YouTube video came out last 9 hours from this posting. Deluxe studio #0136 (standard first floor). Wheel chair accessible with a tub. Also seeing the extended (silver looking) light part on wall detectors that indicate hearing. Shows layout of room design different from regular studio. I’d link but it’s put out by a rental/resale company. Should be easy enough to locate.

Our "Welcome Home" trip is coming up at the end of the month!!! If we're staying at the Disneyland Hotel can we enter through Grand Cal for early entry at DCA or is the main gate the only way? TIA
You'll want to go through the main gate anyways. The security line gets bottled up for the entrance into DCA from the Grand. But to answer your question, you need to show your room key to get to go through that entrance. I've been told that you're supposed to be a guest of the Grand, but they don't really check beyond you having an active room key. YMMV though.

WELCOME HOME :)

You can also enter DCA via the "Pixar Pier" entrance (to the right of the Grand Cal gate after crossing the street). Although it says Pixar Pier guests only, your physical room key will open the gate. The security folks used to be there all DCA park hours, but on my visit last week I was told by security that the entrance is now only staffed until noon (not sure when they made this change). Since it was 6pm, we had to turn around and do the walk of shame through the Grand Cal lobby to get in. On a happier note, you can exit that way until park closing.

Just switched up my studio stay in Feb to a 1BD for an 16 extra points….. thank you if anyone on here is the one who dropped it….

Also have a reservation at the Palm Breeze bar for dinner that night….. very glad Dry January will be over by then 🤣
Nice upgrade! If don’t care for that palette pool/city view, try for the resort side under the grand villas (even numbered rooms).
