I hear that Krista Stegall from season 2 is in a Lawsuit against CBS/ASP does anyone know why?

b/c of the knife incident.... when Justin put the knife to her throat.

I don't know what happened to the lawsuit..that was back in 2002 right??

I would be happy to have Howie and Dr. Will back. I agree with the NO HOLLY sentiment. She was so annoying. I wouldn't mind Jase and Scott though. Hmm. . . I tend to want the guys back!
