Teeny tiny Tigger Pin -never seen one so small

Today, while at MK, I saw a teeny tiny itty bitty Tigger pin on a CM's board. I've never seen such a tiny pin.
He has a pink nose and his tail has a long rounded curve, but not a curly curve.

I can't seem to find anything about this pin. There's something on the back...but it's all so small and I don't have a magnifier.

Any help on what this is would be great. CM said she had never seen one like it before and wondered if it was old.

Take a picture with your phone and enlarge it. That's what I do when I can't read something.
