Somehow logged in during site maintenance, all my points gone

Im only getting headless Olaf when I try to access the protected member site.

I'm getting that in Chrome, but I have not timed out of Safari yet. IDK why? My points are all loaded. Just a useless website right now.

Figured everything would be all better now, but I just logged in to find that one of my contracts is gone. I was checking my dashboard to see how many points I have for next year at one of the resorts we own, and it was a lot less than I thought. Then I realized-that's because one of our contracts at that resort is missing, meaning that it doesn't show the points. Now I also realize-how do I prove that that contract exists?

Can you try a new browser? You always have your deed. If it's missing in another browser I would call Member Services.

I see this verbiage listed on the website now on the Vacation Planning page and don't remember it from before, unless it's super old and from Magical Express times. The link doesn't help but I suspect this might tie into the recent reports of luggage transport between value resorts and the airport:
"Pre-Arrival Checklist
Use this checklist to check in online (U.S. East Coast and Aulani only) or order groceries. Plus, arrange for transportation and luggage delivery between Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World Resort."

Yes, good point. It went from Pop to all values very quickly. Hopefully it spreads throughout all WDW!

I’d like it to expand to other airlines as well! But, it seems like a positive sign!

Another excellent point! SW has the biggest majority of flights at MCO, but there are plenty of other airlines we all use for WDW. Hoping we get the pre-2020 version of it back, but only time will tell!

Another excellent point! SW is has the biggest majority of flights at MCO, but there are plenty of other airlines we all use for WDW. Hoping we get the pre-2020 version of it back, but only time will tell!

We had them for less than 2 years and they pulled out of Syracuse…and I am not driving to Rochester when JetBlue is direct every day, sometimes twice a day!!!!

I don't blame you! Direct from the nearest airport is much more convenient.

If Disney brings back DME they will see more guests in the parks but also at their hotels.

Now you either need to rent a car or pay someone to bring you to Disney. If you have a car why not visit universal or other parks while visiting.

Without a car it’s more difficult albeit not impossible to get from Disney to other parks.
