Easter is right around the corner, so it’s time to talk about Easter candy Today……we’re discussing Cadbury Crème Eggs. For those that don’t know…..



I didn’t realize, until this morning, that there’s 3 flavors of Cadbury Eggs - original, chocolate and caramel. The caramel one looks pretty good. What’s your thought about Cadbury Eggs? Give us your sweet answer…..

For Me……I’ve tried to like them, but I just can’t do it , I’m not gonna lie….the sight of them open kinda grosses me out. I haven’t tried to eat one in over 10 years, and now I’m starting to talk myself into trying one again this year. I don’t think DD21 ever tried one - maybe I’ll buy her one for her Easter basket and we can try them together

Sorry, I am a Dark Chocolate person. I do really like the Russel Stover's Dark Chocolate Maple eggs, but they are very hard to find.

Too sweet for me. I agree with @kanerf about the maple eggs, because maple is a favorite of mine, but even these are too sweet after a few bites.

I’ll eat one occasionally, though I can’t recall the last time I did so - probably a couple of years ago. I also didn’t realize there are different flavors so I’ve only tried the original.

I do like them but I liked him a lot more when I was younger I haven’t had one in a very very long time because they are so sweet the minis just don’t cut it for me but the normal size ones are just too much because again they’re just too sweet it’s just you know too much but their commercials are hilarious

I don't like them....never have, but the rest of the family does (well, DH doesn't either).
I buy them for Easter baskets for the 3 adults.....but they are expensive for what it is.

I do like the mini eggs though

I've tried the original flavor and didn't like them (other family members do, though, so I've bought them for Easter before). I would be up for trying the caramel.

I don’t really like them. The inside is too sweet. I did try a few mini ones that came in a large bag with mini eggs and caramellos, and the mini ones aren’t as bad. Still my last choice of the three.

The mini eggs and caramellos are delicious

The best I remember I do not really like them. It's been so long that I don't remember what they really taste like. It's probably one of those things I tried as a kid and didn't like it and never tried it again. Thinking about what's in them, they actually sound pretty darn good.

I used to buy the ones from Ireland and they were really good - same with Cadbury Roses - but they changed the formula and they are not nice at all. The roses are now just plain bad - we don't even bother buying them anymore.

It’s been years since I have had one, and I like them a little bit. I much prefer a dark chocolate flaked coconut egg. Zitner’s is the local Philadelphia company that makes them.

I kind of like, but they are sweet. I really almost never have one. However, they are traditional for Vince. We still get him one or two three packs every Easter.

I’ve never tried one. They just look awful. My dh loves them. He usually eats one or two around Easter time.

Nope, no thanks. I don’t like chocolate at the best of times and the overly-sweet, flavourless goo in these doesn’t help.

They are my absolute FAVORITE!!! I was obsessed with the originals until the caramel came out. The caramel ones are DIVINE! If you enjoy Caramello bars you will like the eggs. The chocolate ones are OK, but they're my least favorite. They also make mini versions of these filled eggs. I actually prefer the originals for these as the ratio ends up being a bit different than the big eggs, so they don't feel as sweet as the full sized.

Also a shout out to the mini eggs with the hard shell candy coating. I have to be really careful with those because I could easily sit down and eat an entire bag.
