Sanford airport questions

We may try Sanford airport for our upcoming trip since SW prices are really high for us this time around. How much longer would the trip from the airport be to a WDW hotel? And how much more would the transportation cost? So many things to add in to compare airlines!

Probably an additional 30 to 45 minutes.

There is no bus service so that mode of transportation is out. Your options are to rent a car, use an uber/lyft/taxi, or hire a private car service. We used to be able to do the car service for about $250 round trip, but now that is upwards of $350-$400 so Sanford is out for us now (Allegiant tends to arrive super late and leave super early for us and I don't trust an Uber or Lyft at odd hours). Both Uber and Lyft offer estimates via their websites. You can use that to get an idea of cost.

Sanford airport is an hour+ drive from WDW property, you would have to either rent a car and or arrange private transportation which could easily cost you $300+ roundtrip as mentioned by a pp.. IMO, not worth it as any savings in airfare will be eaten up in ground transportation costs on top of the inconvenience of having commute such a far distance..
