I was referring to once the year started and dues have been posted and due. If you are prepaying the following year, you can indeed just pay any amount you want via CC.

Thank for clarifying that.
Do you know what would happen if you make the monthly CC payments pre-paying for the following year’s dues, but then you decide to sell the contract? Would Disney refund the negative balance since the current dues were already paid in full? Or is it not a great idea to run a negative balance and always be ahead of the dues for this reason?

You’d need to negotiate with the buyer for reimbursement for dues you already paid. I don’t believe that DVC would be reimbursing you for them…

I personally don’t pay in advance because I’d rather keep my money and give it to them when I have to!!! Lol

I’m not sure if you start monthly if you then have the option to pay in full anytime with credit card. Good question though.
No you can't, but a work around is you can buy Disney gift cards with a credit card and pay your dues with the Gift cards even if you have been paying monthly.

If you have monthly payments sent up, you can always go in and pay off the balance of a contract with a CC.

You can’t make partial payments, but if you want to pay the remaining balance of the contract, it is definitely allowed. As I do it every summer for three of my five contacts.
