You are right about that. They surely do!hey absolutely have an influence on the process and advise sellers on if they think an offer is fair, etc.
All the same, every seller is an individual, and everyone's situation is potentially a little bit different. Some people will value a quick sale more than getting the last dollar, and that can vary a lot from person to person. And as someone who gives advice as part of my profession AND as a big part of my community service, I can tell you that lots of people refuse to take perfectly sound advice.
Of course, I suspect my Sponsor (who often gives me advice) would say the same about me!
