Agreed! Also be sure to include any dues or closing costs in the totsl. If the seller covered all closing costs, 2024, and 2025 dues, that's a killer deal!

For a portion, sure.
We're lucky that we can be extremely flexible and last minute with travel, so it made sense for us!

Not sure if you are still within your 10 day cancel period or if you ran the numbers on total cost/cost per year for this. Spending more per point at another resort will cost you significantly less money.

Thanks, but we're good. We bought VGC resale last year and actually have a plan for how these will be spent for the duration of the contract.

So, does that mean that you know the points are the most expensive to own over the remaining 17 years of the contract and are OK with it because you want to buy as many as you can with the lowest upfront out of pocket?
