I understand, bought 200 direct VGF then 2(100) AKV. Been Fighting addonitis especially with BLT and CCV deals. Was pleasantly surprised when they accepted my counter offer. Now, if the CCV ROFR monster stays away, we’ll be all good!

SSR is a hard deal to pass when shopping for resale now

Agree. Seeing contracts going for $85 pp makes me think SSR would make a good addition to our VGF and BCV contracts.

What swayed me away from SSR, is that I don’t know if SSR resale value will ever recover. There seems to be quite a bit of points on the market and has been popularized as SAP points. CCV in 10 years will still have 33 years left and could see a bump in value. It took me quite a while to find someone willing to do $120 a point and not having to pay 2025 dues

I love CCV, the resort has such a great feel. Plus a 2068 expiration date, gives me a long runaway!
