I had an epic deal accepted Friday, so good that Jimmy G would have had to hand over his trophy, then first thing Monday they back out and decide to sell to friends instead.
Crushing, but then another contract popped right away that was a better fit, so all felt ok. But then a certain someone on this board came along and snagged it straight away. so back I go too,

Sad for me and the Buyers. For me it's a pain, since could have closed this week (all my Seller documents are already notarized at Escrow) and now looking at adding three weeks.

I will also include the timeline and info in Closing Time! when it closes ROFR so other Sellers will know what to expect as far as the delays and extra paperwork. Luckily, the Purchase Agreement said closing by 4/20 so there should not be a long delay.

Thank you! It’s not a small contract and I know that the BWV market could crash like the Aulani market if Disney decides to crack down on commercial renters….. but in 3ish more years my oldest will be in college and won’t be forced to go on family vacations… I am confident this is a resort he’ll want to go back to and at this point in my life that is pretty darn important.

His report is what was taken via sales at https://www.dvcresalemarket.com/ its not across all brokers just that one alone.
