Does WDW have a restaurant similar to DL's Blue Bayou where the Pirates of the Caribbean ride goes through the restaurant or something similarly cool like it?

Yes, it's the San Angel Inn restaurant in the Mexico pavilion in Epcot.

PPs have given you the two, but let me expound a bit.

San Angel Inn is VERY similar to Blue Bayou because it's "nighttime" and there are boats on the water leading into a ride. Food is not as good, and some say it is too dark to see well, but it is similar.

Garden Grill is above the Living w/the Land ride in EP's The Land Pavilion. The restaurant rotates and diners are able to see into various places in the attraction. The rotation is very slow. Garden Grill also has Chip n Dale and great food. It is a served-family-style buffet for all meals.

As has been said here, San Angel is WDW's version of DL's Blue Bayou. Both:
are dark;
have boats going buy;
live on atmosphere;
have equally horrible food.
