Restaurant/ character dining ideas for the Star Wars resort

Do you have any suggestions for restaurants/ character dining for this new resort?
I would suggest separate character dining for the rebels and the empire. Some restaurants based on either side of the force, and pools for rebels and Empire’s morale.
