Regarding the sweet tea issue... Being a midwesterner, I expected tea to just be tea. (I do not like tea, but every now and then I try to learn to drink it instead of pop and it never sticks), but that is beside the point. I would expect tea to be unsweet by default, and if you want it sweetened put those sugar packets or something in it.
One time we were traveling through KY and we went through a drive through and I ordered tea. WOW did I ever get a surprise (and NOT in a good way) when I took a drink of what was in that cup. I can definitely say I do not like sweet tea....
I MAY have made DH turn around and go back through the drive through and swap that out because I could not drink that.
