Has anyone stayed there recently?
We are meant to be staying at the end of September but seem to be put off a bit as i have read that they are doing hotel work like paining and updating a hotel block one at a time, they put it on social media but have now deleted the post but spoke to our travel agent and they are happy to move us to a different hotel for free but we have to pay any difference in cost between our new and the old hotel.
We are struggling to find a new hotel we were going to pick Universal Cabana Hotel but turns out we don't get express pass with the stay so thats annoyed us a bit as we would be paying £250 per person to move to that hotel.
So we can't decide if we should just stay where we are as we are hardly in the hotel and the hotel has promised us that we wouldn't know the work is going on as they are shutting the block off thats having work done to it.
