Tough questions for some people.

But on a busy day, what typically popular attraction can you live without? Which one of the popular rides would you skip if crunched for time.

For me, it's Space Mountain (horrors) !!!! I love the ride, but if push comes to shove and it's a long wait....I'll skip it in favor of other rides.

Indiana Jones simply because it breaks down so often. Webslingers and Toy Story Midway Mania as I don’t enjoy either of them enough to justify a long wait.

I don’t even bother with Webslingrers. We went on it blind our first time (didn’t research i) and I just about soiled myself when everyone aggressively waved their hands.

I’ve been on the ride a grand total of two times. That’s not going to change anytime soon.

Been going to Disneyland since 2010, these are the rides I have either never been on, or were a one and done

  • Space Mountain
  • Matterhorn
  • Splash Mountain / Tianas
  • Its A Small World
  • Grizzley River Run
  • Goofys Sky School
  • Pixar Pal Around
  • Incredicoaster
  • Guardians of The Galaxy Mission Break Out

To be honest, just about any of them. First, I'm 69. I've gone to Disneyland since before I can remember. Second, I have an Inspire pass. Third, there are so many things I love that I don't stress about missing something.

But if I could only go one more time or something, I'd skip Matterhorn if we were just talking about DL, or GRR in DCA if both.

On any given day it could be just about anything except for Haunted Mansion. That applies to both Disneyland and WDW. I can go with the flow, and if I miss something, it'll be there when I get back.

this applies to me too. There are certain rides that if I ride it once every few months, it is fine with me. Recently, I rode several rides I had not done in awhile (Indiana Jones, Incredicoaster, Goofy's Sky School, and Guardians) and not sure I will ride them again anytime soon. I do skip water rides in the cooler months as I do not like being wet .I about 99% of the time skip Matterhorn as I find it so uncomfortable. But if I am with someone who wants to do a specific ride, I will ride it with them (Tea Cups are the one exception).

I could live without Grizzly River Run. Not really a wet ride person.

BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT INCREDICOASTER... DISNEY DO NOT TOUCH THAT COASTER...
Is it the coaster or the theme.

This is how I feel too. There isn't a single attraction that would make me rethink going to Disneyland if they got rid of it.

Of course there are Yesterland attractions that I still miss and popular attractions I skip (sorry Dumbo). My next trip I really want to spend time exploring the lands for hidden gems and do all those minor things that easily get skipped over as one goes from ride to ride.

I love this idea! I've done some "special day" events that gave me a glimpse of things I normally had just passed over or not paid attention to, and it woke me up to the idea of REALLY looking around when I'm there and not just dashing from place to place. A few years ago I took pictures of all kinds of different interesting things you can see when you look up. Lots of trees in DL have things in the branches or interesting characteristics or weird roots etc. The ceilings in many buildings are pretty cool. Random designs, quirky little sculptures, neat lights, etc etc. are all over the place if you take the time to look for/at them.
