Poll suggestions for Disney Springs Area Dining

I like jimmymc suggestion - separate high end & casual...

We love Raglan Road, especially for weekend brunch and dancers!
Yep, I think that’s what we’ll have to do. I’ll still have to leave some out, because the limit is 10.

Lots of US establishments have come over to the UK, but I've been waiting for years for the Earl to hop over the pond. Not happened yet though 😭
Surprised there isn’t one over there.

It's not the UK, but there's a location at Disneyland Paris. They don't have my favorite Thanksgiving sandwich for obvious reasons, but it is still delicious.

Lots of time in Disney Springs. Are you visiting any parks? :)

Ok, its time to start narrowing these down...

For a poll, I would separate them into high end vs casual restaurants. I split them by a combination of price and atmosphere. Some of these are open to debate or I haven't been to them.

High end:
  1. Homecomin'
  2. Maria and Enzo's Ristorante - l
  3. Morimoto Asia
  4. Paddlefish - l
  5. Paradiso 37, Taste of the Americas - ll
  6. Terralina Crafted Italian - ll
  7. The BOATHOUSE
  8. The Edison - l
  9. Wine Bar George
  10. Jaleo
  11. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill
We need to knock one of these off. Post below which one you would think makes the most sense to NOT be on a top/best list.

Casual:
  1. Polite Pig
  2. Chicken Guy - l
  3. Enzo's Hideaway Tunnel Bar - ll
  4. The Marketplace - lll
  5. Splitsville Luxury Lanes - l
  6. Frontera Cocina
  7. Planet Hollywood Observatory - lll
  8. Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar
  9. House of Blues Restaurant and Bar
  10. Raglan Road
  11. Summer House on the Lake
  12. T-Rex - l
  13. Sprinkles - lll
  14. Blaze Pizza - ll
  15. D-Luxe Burger - l
  16. Cooke's of Dublin
  17. Maneet Chauhan's Eet
Need to knock these down to 10, so post what you think should be removed.

High end: I can live without Paradisio 37 (food wasn't great at all) or Terralina (overpriced Olive Garden).
Casual:
Chicken Guy- such a limited menu
Planet Hollywood- Not unique, they have them all over
Sprinkles- Also not unique, they are all over AND they do mail order... and it's snacky food (cupcakes)
Marketplace- is this really dining?
Deluxe Burger- they really weren't
Blaze Pizza- because it's just pizza

I hit Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew multiple times on our last trip in December. Underrated sandwiches if you wanted more of a meal and brought donuts back more than once for next days' breakfast.

High end:
  1. Homecomin'
  2. Maria and Enzo's Ristorante
  3. Morimoto Asia
  4. Paddlefish

TBH, I'm not sure that I agree with your classifications. i.e. no way would I consider Paradiso 37 "high-end", and Raglan Road may be casual in atmosphere, but food quality is much closer to the food on the "high-end" list than it is to most of the "casual" list.

But to answer, I would 100% remove Paradiso 37 and probably also Terralina from your "high-end" list because I would put Raglan Road on that list (especially since Cookes of Dublin is already on the "casual" list anyway). And then remove The Marketplace, Sprinkles, Enzo's Hideaway, Splitsville, Blaze, and I guess maybe Planet Hollywood from your "casual" list.

Noted. :)

I get what you mean, but we just need to narrow them down some how.

Why not use Disney’s categorization of eateries and simplify your work🙂?

It's been a few year since I've been there, so I don't know if they've made improvements, but I wholeheartedly agree with removing Paradiso 37 from your high-end list. The quality of the food notwithstanding (it's sad and disappointing), any restaurant that hands you a greasy, laminated menu has no business calling itself "high-end."

But is the food good?

We have some front runners, but not enough to make the official polls...
