I agree. The poor guy can't post anything without getting jumped on. Then the thread turns into a free-for-all.

When people are mean to me, I don't let that stop me from enjoying the magic I always enjoy life no matter what I have a strong mind BarometerMan I am very happy that you and others are kind to me in my threads

as always all your photos are awesome. I did have a few pictures taken in December with the truck and car in MGM ......I think the truck was Mater and the car is ......ah I cant remember......we had a good time doing that too...

FlowersChild posts in a particular manner; I think we can all agree on that. This manner provokes angst, sarcasm, annoyance and irritation, amongst other things. Similar reactions can be seen to troll posts.

I put to you the following question:

Should FlowersChild retain the right to post in a manner that causes such a negative karma? Trolls get banned for doing the same thing; the difference here is that FlowersChild does not post with the intention to stir up trouble (although many would attest to the opposite).

Free speech is being weighed, here, against a right to enjoyment.

As far as I'm concerned, it's the ganging up on posts that are causing negative karma. If people don't like what other people post, then they can hit the back button or use the ignore feature. FlowersChild has as much right to post about his experiences at Disney World as anyone else.

I normally never post on these threads, however, I do wonder why the photo threads are "allowed" when many people who have posted picture threads are asked to post them on the Photography Board. Isn't that why it was created? I could be remembering incorrectly but I know there used to be a lot of people who would share their photos here (Dan Murphy comes to mind) and then the decision was made to have those photos only on the Photography Board or Trip Report Board. I think if they were posted elsewhere maybe there wouldn't be so many negative comments (not a guarantee, just a thought)

I guess both our posts were deleted. doc howie dvm is not a newbie on the DIS as his earlier post suggested, was all I said.
In fact Howie's Angels are a legend here and at WDW! They brought so much joy to so many little princesses for years .
