I tried logging in and before I did my phone number in this format it said 'invalid phone number', however once I did it in the above format, it just said 'unable to retrieve your reservation' so I wonder if that's just because I'm not at my booking time yet, and on the day it would work?....
Am I right in thinking there is a time advantage to booking online? Something like 6am eastern time online, versus 7am eastern time by phone or something like that?
The 'unable to retrieve your reservation' doesn't mean it's found it but won't let you see it - it just means it can't find it. You had entered the information in the correct format, so you didn't get the 'invalid phone number' error, that's all.
If you're staying onsite (which I'm assuming you are as you are trying to retrive your reservation) then you get the 90+10 advantage, but you can only get that online if you can access your reservation. If you can't then you can still call up and get the 10 day head start, though I suppose you might be an hour behind online guests whose trip starts the same day and who can access their reservations...
I can't see this getting fixed in the near future... I keep trying new phone number permutations as they come to me - I even tried Ft Wilderness as that's the last place I stayed onsite...
