Ohana February 2018 Post 1 of 8
We traveled to Disney World for 3 days to stay at Fort Wilderness for our first time ever camping in a tent. It happened to be some of the hottest days on record so it was...interesting...but that's a story for another time.
What I wanted to post about today is a restaurant that everyone talks about and it's one of the hardest reservations to get: Ohana!
My mother and I went and I'll tell you from the start, we weren't really impressed.
We had an early 4pm reservation, got there 10 minutes early, stood in a very long check-in line and waited about 20-25 minutes for the table. When we were seated we had a really great view of the castle despite sitting towards the back of the room and there was a beautiful blue sky framing it.
For our drink order, I asked for water and the waitress said "You should just get soda because it's included in the price." I preferred water but then when the water came it was not the good filtered water so I'm guessing the waitress was trying to tell me something...lol.
