Official APH Rate Info for Universal Loews Hotel Properties

FYI the site is being funky at the moment & I'm seeing AP rates through Dec 2025. Surfside, Stella Nova, & Terra Luna. Let's me book 'em, too.
Thanks for the heads up! I feel like they’re a bit higher once again. I think I’ve gotten the 2 bedroom at dockside for closer to $150 but it’s $177 this June. I’m very curious to see what the premiers are going to look like price wise once they release some of those. Would like to move over for the express towards the end of my trip.

I do wonder if they’ll be able to fill all of the hotels now since there are so many. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for lower prices. I know Epic will bring a lot of people, but 3 hotels worth?? Time will tell!

I'm wondering if they just did a general update as well, because I'm also seeing AP rates that are higher now than they were a few months ago (for the same dates). It's also the first time I'm seeing price differences between Dockside vs Surfside for the same room type, and between Cabana Bay / Aventura for the same room types. Either they reassessed their pricing structure or it's still quite glitchy. So far my money's on glitchy but time will tell.

Actually it let me book a "Loews Valued Partner" rate too, so I really do think it's just all sorts of glitchy. If you book a room and follow the prompts back to book another room, you can see all sorts of interesting rates including the Loews Valued Partner and something called Universal Sales Team.

Today it's even showing a AP rate for Grand Helios, though it's not much better than the regular rate it showed yesterday.

I'm seeing a ridiculous (in an amazing way) rate right now for next December...very tempted to book it but also not sure if it is a glitch?

And I'm also seeing ADA rooms with 40% discount applied but the same standard room is not discounted...is this typical too?

Never seen that.

I booked myself a few options, I did get e-mail confirmations on all & 2 out of 3 are pending on my CC. I figure worst case, they shoot me an e-mail & cancel them. But I'm early Dec and the AP rates are right on par with other off season AP rates I've had. I doubt they'll claw them back.

The "Loews Valued Partner" one is the one that isn't pending yet, but it didn't say I need to do anything different to book or check in. Not sure what to make of that one. Positive that it showing up for me was a glitch. But will probably keep one of the AP reservations instead.

I’m over here trying to figure out how to find your Lowe’s valued partner rate 🤣
About to book me two options as well for December. I’m shocked they’re up this early. No way it’s not a glitch.

Book something, then use the little gray "back" arrow at the top of the confirmation page. After that you can see several weird rates, particularly for Stella Luna. Has been working consistently since Mon. Though the AP rate may be better. And the AP rate seems to disappear from some hotels once you do that, too, and be replaced by the Universal Sales Team rate or FL resident rate. Screwy.

Update: the too-good-to-be-true rate disappeared. I picked my dates and went to book it and bam! went from ~$900/night to $3k/night for 3 bedroom club level suite at hard rock. After the rate updated, the individual club king suites and club queen rooms had the passholder discount applied when they didn't before.

I'm still seeing the ADA governatore suite + 2 club queens at portofino with discount but not the standard room of the same type...this is even for rooms next month in January. So strange. I called Loewes a few days ago and the rep (she was SO patient with me, I appreciated it) was seeing room types that I could only see if I was pricing a package but not if I were trying to book room only reservation.

The ones I saw yesterday disappeared too....I got end of May 4 nights at $90 per night, and beginning of Thanksgiving week for a little of over $80.....they are showing in my account just fine.

The thing is....I wasn't planning on renewing my annual pass, and now that I have those rates reserved.....I think Universal will actually end up getting a lot more money out of me than planned for next year! I was only going to go for 3 days of Epic Universe in May otherwise. So, even if they were accidently posted, universal might still come out ahead.

2 random questions for those who have renewed annual passes before: If my last valid pass day is December 31st, I can still renew at the discounted rate up until end of January, correct? And if I drop down from preferred to a power pass, Can I still get the 20% off of the lower-tiered pass??

I went ahead and booked a couple of days ago, but was hoping the AP rate would be lower. Should I keep checking periodically? If it does drop, do I call them to get the new rate or just book it at the lower rate and then cancel the one I already booked at the higher rate? This will be my first time going back to Universal since 2010.

If it is the same room type/category of ticket, you can adjust your rate online. Otherwise, calling in is the easiest and least likely to end up with mistakes.

I've done all three of the things that you suggested. BUT:

I've adjusted the rate online, and then realized I need to cancel....and only gotten the adjusted deposit rate refunded automatically instead of the deposit I actually paid. Or cancelled online and had to call anyways because it didn't automatically refund. So if you are unsure, just calling is the best way to make sure it gets adjusted correctly for you.

Definitely keep checking, you never know.
If it's the same hotel & same "discount code," (ie AP rate) you can modify online very easily. Usually it won't let you just do a price change if nothing else has changed (same room type). You can fix that by adding/removing a minor child in the room, as long as it's within the max capacity of the room.

hey, per the annual pass. We did drop my son's AP down to a seasonal, and I had to call to do that, but I did get the percentage off. For our 2 passes that were not changing levels, I just renewed online.

Just booked AP Rate for Portofino Bay for 2 rooms / 4 adults for 5 nights in November 2025 and saved $425.00 total. I then canceled my Stay More Save More booking. (I also have Grand Helios for 4 nights but my current booking is a pretty good rate with avg $352 per night.)

hmmm, all of these really good rates. So sad my pre Epic opening dates in May have quite terrible AP rates. My SMSM rates are better, which I find odd.
I've got two sets of dates May 3-7 at a Premier Resort (currently RPR) and 7-16 at Surfside (2BR)
I can't understand why AP rates would be more than a SMSM rate.

4 night SMSM rates are similar to AP rates. Make sure you're comparing the exact same room types
