I wonder if this means that no one will knock on our door to do the security check? Frankly, at HHI , I've found it to be so easy to bump into housekeeping cart and get whatever I need-Decaf coffee, towels, dish liquid, etc.

The fine print on the new sign sounds similar to the old one:
"The Disney Resort hotels and their staff reserve the right to enter your room, even when this sign is displayed, for maintenance, safety, security or any other purpose. The Disney Resort hotel staff will knock and announce their presence before entering."
Yes, most days. I believe there's a mid-week take out trash (and change towels?)
I expect the "no housekeeping service required" is because the same type of hang-tags are used in the Disney hotel properties and those that don't want a mid-week tidy.
Not sure what the big deal is. What am I missing? The small print still says they can come in for security checks, but since it now reads that you also don’t want housekeeping service, they now have license to not take out your trash too if you leave that thing on your door.
These are the new door tags for MMB (BY) members only. The rest of us get the old door tags and "middle of your nap" Swat-style room entry, I mean room checks.
