Helping hand is understandable but posting an up close photo of an injury is a bit obscene to me. I hope the injury gets better but I don't know why photos of it are posted for strangers. I was a long time "lurker" before registering and seeing something like that would have weirded me out.

I have a silly Sam’s club question. Will the door buster deal for the 200 for 180 be available exactly at midnight after Halloween is over, or do they have a certain time (East coast?) that they start. I want to make sure to be online to snag 4 to basically finish up paying off my cruise for next year .

Keep an eye out for early releases. They've accidently done that a couple times.

I have to admit I’m in agreement with this. I found it disconcerting when I opened the thread and was immediately faced with a close up of an injured and infected finger. I appreciate how this group can freely discuss many topics, not just gift card related ones, and can provide help and support to each other. I do enjoy a picture of a cute puppy, but I would have preferred this picture be hidden behind a “spoiler” so we can choose whether or not to view it.

Sorry to quibble, but on November 1 we'll still be on Daylight time, so maybe you just want to say 9am ET.

(I wish they'd stop switching and let our bodies adjust to sunlight changes gradually and naturally!)

Thank you so much for responding. Honestly I would have let it go but I'm glad I didn't.

I went to Urgent care this morning, brought my original paperwork from the ER visit. They soaked my finger in a brownish solution for about 30 minutes. Maybe longer. Doc came in and removed the stitch and what came out was not pleasant. It was very infected. He gave me two stitches, a splint, a shot of antibiotic with a prescription for more that I need to pickup.
The swelling has gone down considerably, it's just red.

Tomorrow (Wednesday) I'm schedule to post offers but I'm taking the day off. If you see anything that would help our community, please post! I didn't find many offers, it really feels like the calm before the storm.

I'm the retired RN who responded you most likely had an infection. So glad you went and got treated. Some responses here have surprised me. Are we not a group who help each other. Guess there are all kinds of complainers.

The best way is to wait for a 12x Pepper coins offer on Sam's Club gift cards, then add the Sam's Club gift card to Walmart Pay. Then you can use Walmart Pay to purchase a Disney gift card. Pepper just had the 12x offer at Sam's yesterday. I missed it this time, but it comes around frequently.

I don't get any emails from them either. I usually find out about it when DOC (doctor of credit) posts about it. DOC is probably one of the best deal websites to follow. They are also very honest, unlike some other deal websites. For example, Doc won't post any referral links for credit cards on his website, since many times you can better sign up offers from other websites. Similarly, doc will tell you specifically if you use his link to shop at a store, you will not get credit from a portal.
