FYI: There is nothing to click is required. Just purchase the GC and the offer will be started.

The “Earn” section on the “mperks” area is just where Meijer shows how you can earn extra points. Underneath each offer it states “Purchase to start earning.”

It has been quite awhile since I have seen Meijer offer a coupon for a giftcards (2021/2022?) Coupons MUST be clipped first before using.

Thanks for all you folks are doing!!

Was driving back home yesterday and we passed a couple of Staples. I stopped in at 3 of them along the way, and only the last one (which was the one near my house, in a much more rural area) had them.

I find that in more urban areas they tend to be out of them more often since all you need is one or 2 people to come in and buy 8 or 9 each and they can be out. It is why I keep my secret stash of gift cards hidden in the Staples stores near my house!

I also personally like buying them in Stores that are in very rural, low crime areas, as there is less of a chance of them being compromised by thieves. There is a much bigger chance of them being compromised in high population areas, since more people are in the stores there.

I live in a large urban area so driving out to find a rural one is not practical. I have not had issues with compromised Visa cards, I am satisfied with the sealed packaging. My main problem when I find the cards available is that it is DH's card and they require an ID, so I have to drag him along to the store.

I have P2's card in my Apple Pay and then show my ID.

There is nothing to compare it to as Apple Pay just shows the card design and the last 4# of the card.

Of course YMMV but it works for me.

I don't believe adding a card for you as one of DH's "employees" should not affect your 5/24 status as it is a biz card and you might be able to go that route.

Remember this offer...

Kroger Amex Offer: Get 20% back as a statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to make purchases in-store at Kroger online at kroger. com or through the Kroger mobile app.
Limit of $15 back in total statement credits.
Expires 10/22/2024.

DH had it on his Amex Delta as well and he purchased a $100 Amazoni gc at Kroger. I'd rather buy a discounted Visa/MC and turn that around into a third party gc at Meijer during their sale.

Maybe yours is different, by my Meijer doesn't allow the use of any prepaid Visa or MC to purchase any gift cards. They used to but not anymore....get an error when its processing.

I did not have that issue in July.
Did you buy your Visa/MC from Kroger?

That is funny because Staples is the only store that has never required me to show ID when buying gift cards. Again, that could just be because of being in a rural area.
