I just got back from my local Target and had to share these new, cute Mickey Mouse Band-Aids I picked up there for my Aug Trip to DL. These would be fun for all those headed to Disneyland to help with those fun blisters you get from walking all day!

I love those!! I need a trip to Target!!!.....but take a tip from blister prone me. Go get yourself some Body Glide and rub it all over your feet in the morning at DL before heading out to the parks (they have it at most cycling and jogging stores; and sometimes at academy sports). I have made it through 3 trips to WDW and 1 trip to DL with NOT ONE blister thanks to that stuff!!! That is absolutely amazing for me. I also used to get blisters every time I got a new pair of shoes until they broke in. Now, I use body glide with new shoes too, and blisters are rare! Never would have heard of the stuff, if it wasn't for the Disboards!!!

TOO Cute!! But Mole Skin works better!!! You can cover Blisters and it cushions them. Plus you can cover hot spots.

cute!! Shucks, I was just at Target :( I'll have to pick some up so we have "special" band aids for our hopefully we go if the airfares come town trip around Thanksgiving. We have Tink and Princess, etc., but never have seen those, so they will be our special Disneyland ones :) Thanks for sharing

Thanks for the tip on the Body Glide sounds like good stuff. I wonder if they sale it at cvs or walgreens.

I've never used Body Glide but you can buy a feminine lubricant by Massengill at any drug store and it's about the same thing. I bought it because a makeup review site raved about it as a foundation primer. LOL

I walked over 40 miles on my recent DL trip with zero foot problems (and no lube) recently. I credit my Merrell sandals. Actually no one in my party of six had any shoe/foot problems this trip. Except one foot-top injury my sister brought with her to the parks. DL First Aid gave her a couple huge and awesome bandaids and some ointment and she was good for the whole trip!

For my trip last July I purchased two different styles of Croc shoes because people go on and on about how comfy. Even thou I've always thought they are kind of ugly. I figured for comfort I would get them thou.

BIG MISTAKE.. those are the worse shoes ever I got the worse blisters ever in my life on the 2nd day of a 10 day trip. On day 8 I on one of my daily trips of buying more blister pads/moleskin/bandaides at target. I all of the sudden had a "DuH" moment purchased a cheapo pair of flip flops. That was the best money spent on that trip. I was like a new women when I put those on.

Then we went in Oct. for a week wore cheap flip flops or New Balance tennis shoes and had no problems at all. Plan do to the same on my next trip. I've considered purchasing other sandals that people have recommended but to scared I will have the same problem.

The pain was so bad that one day I was going to rent one of those electric wheel chairs but they didn't have any left to rent. LOL!!

I love those bandaides. They are too cute.. I agree about the mole skin... It is the best thing to put on a blister.

I also agree about the Crocs, I wore them to San Francisco, and got blisters on the bottom of my feet when I walked up and down the hill to see Alcatraz. I was miserable the rest of the trip...

They don't. At least not around here. It pretty much has to be some type of sports store. The best places are anywhere for joggers or cyclers- we've found those places almost always have it. Academy carries it, but everytime we have tried to get it there, they are out. I know REI carries it online and I'm sure there are others that do too. Body Glide has a website where you can find out who carries it in your area. It looks like a deoderant stick. I was amazed at how well it works for me.

Thank you for posting the information on Body Glide! Do you mind saying what is a price range for this item? I am definitely going to purchase this and those cute Disney Band Aids! Woohoo! I will be so ready when it is time for our trip!:cool1:

Those are cute band aids! Just an FYI you can get FREE band aids at the Disneyland first aid offices. I went there every day because of blisters on my feet.
