I have a few questions on a few excursions in Nassau

Has anyone done the Discover Nassau by land & Sea or the Junkanoo in Paradise excursion?

Also if I just want to go to Atlantis is how can I do I go about doing that?

Thanks!

I don't know the answers to your other questions. But for Atlantis, you can go on their web site for info regarding the pre-purchase of a resort Day Pass. If you have the Day Pass, you can hire a cab at the harbor to take you the couple miles over the bridge to Atlantis. You would then have access to most of the resort, like the casino, the water attractions, many pools, and a large beach area. You would not have access to the entire resort. They almost always have cabs waiting at Atlantis that could take you back to your ship.

We’ve never done ship excursions in Nassau. Atlantis sells day passes most of the time, expect $250+ pp.

We have done the Land & Sea and it was fun and pretty cool. You actually get some culture and history. You get enough time to look around Atlantis and it was the last stop. But the sights were good and we are looking to do it a second time when we take my Mom on a cruise in November.

We just did day passes for The Edge Beach Reserve at Atlantis. The pass was for the private beach only with towels, chairs, umbrellas and waiter for drinks and snacks from the bar. Guests staying at the Atlantis have to pay as well to use that beach. The beach was really nice, and there were jet ski rentals available right next to the beach. It was $50 per person, and we thought very much worth it because we are beach people. It was two adults, and an almost 10 and 13 year old. We will definitely do it again. We just took a taxi on our own to get there.
