Here's a brief restaurant review (3/26-4/3)
These are not in order because I couldn't remember
Teppen Edo - Dinner. Always fun, great food, and our chef was the best we've ever had. He made an entire sculpture of Minnie out of onions for my DIL's birthday. It was incredible to watch! I swear we eat here every single trip and never get tired of it. I always get the volcano roll as a starter and it's soooo good!
Via Napoli - Dinner. Can be hit or miss but this time it was good! Our group had a combination of pizza and pastas, everything tasted great, our server was really friendly, all in all a great dinner. Wish I would have had room for some tiramisu.
Narcoosee's - Dinner. Best meal of the trip by a landslide. The filet is so tender and juicy it's rivals any I've had anywhere. Beautiful view, nice atmosphere, perfect for fireworks and EWP viewing. Great choice for special occasions. Or romantic dinners. Fantastic night!
Yak and Yeti - Lunch. A bit disappointing. The food is rather mid, the atmosphere is a bit chaotic, plus why are the tables so low? We are all pretty tall people so it felt like our plates were on our knees
The Boathouse - Delicious lunch, the lobster roll was so good, tons of meaty lobster chunks in the mixture, and the roll is soft and delicious. Highly recommend trying. Beautiful location, we were in a back dining room booth and it was comfy and less noisy. We've eaten here for dinner many times as well, always a solid choice when visiting the Springs.
Crystal Palace - Dinner. Really the best way to see Pooh and friends, they are always fun to interact with and take lots of pictures. The restaurant itself is noisy and crowded. The buffet is pretty decent, not the greatest food but enough options to not leave hungry. When we finished eating the fireworks were just starting so we had a nice view from the porch.
Topolino's - Breakfast. Our first time! This was really amazing! I love the restaurant, the views from the roof are incredible. The characters were ADORABLE, I absolutely loved their Parisian inspired outfits. They gave us a lot of time for photos and antics. Minnie liked my DIL's mickey pants and pulled Mickey over to show him and motioning she wanted him to buy her a pair. So cute! I had the waffle, it was delicious. After we ate we walked out on the terrace to take in the views of the parks. Really a wonderful experience. I would eat here every morning if I could.
Yachtsman Steakhouse - Dinner. Very disappointing. Our steaks were terrible. My son ordered medium rare and it was tough as leather. I ordered medium but the NY strip was so tough my arm was sore by the time I got halfway through trying to cut it. It wasn't that they were overcooked, they were just tough meats we could barely chew. And the flavor was also bad. Compared to Narcoosee's steaks this place is a joke now. Sadly I don't think we'll ever go back, even though it used to be one of our old favs.
Ohana - Dinner. Always a favorite. The food quality has its ups and downs, but luckily this time everything tasted great. Love the noodles and salad, my son ate an entire bowl of shrimp
I'm glad they took the green stuff off the chicken. The pineapple bread pudding is divine, I wish I could eat a whole one myself but sadly no room. After dinner we walked over to the new tower, it's really nice. Too bad I'll never find availability to stay there.
Flying Fish - Dinner. The food was good and so was the ambience. I had the salmon, I would recommend it. My son said the steak wasn't as good as Narcoosee's, but a lot better than Yachtsman. Our server was really nice and we felt well taken care of. Walking around the Boardwalk after dinner feels like peak vacation vibes.
Beaches and Cream - Dinner. Last night at the BC tradition. Usually by our last night we're so tired it feels good to just walk downstairs and eat some comfort food. Love the grilled cheese. And of course their ice cream is the best! So many family memories of the kids when they were little, it really feels like home.
I think that covers all our sit downs. I'm happy to answer questions if you have any!
