It seem that a lot of the TRs I've been reading lately are having the red X issue with some pictures! If I click the X, it does take me to Flickr and the picture can be seen. Not sure what's happening, but it's not just you!

What a fun morning! I think I will always be sad that BBB didn't exist when I was little, but I was able to have my son knighted a couple of times (and SO much cheaper, LOL). They do such a nice job of making the kids feel special and magical. I really love how sparkly they made her hair!!

Thanks for letting me know. It seems like some days are worse than others. Today all of the pictures are working with no problem! So strange.

BBB is something I have been really waiting and waiting to do with DD, ever since I found out I was having a girl! It's so fun and special, and I feel like these couple of times we have done it in both WDW & DL have been perfect. The glitter sparkle in her hair looked great, but took FOREVER to all come out!!!

Day 7 Continued: Friday February 16th

We went over to use our Matterhorn LL, and actually got the opposite side/track than we had ridden on this whole trip!

We booked our next LL for Big Thunder Mountain as we headed over to use the multi-experience LL for Space Mountain since Runaway Railway still wasn’t open and we weren’t sure how much longer we’d actually be in Disneyland Park before crossing over to finish out our trip at DCA. We let the kids choose what they wanted to do, and they wanted to use it for Space!

While crossing the Hub to get over to Frontierland to use our LL, we stopped for DD to get a churro.

While in line, we had mobile ordered grilled cheese sandwiches from the Jolly Holiday Bakery since it was a Lenten Friday and we (DH, DS & myself at least) couldn’t have meat. But once we finished on Big Thunder, we were ready to eat and leave the park, but our order wouldn’t be ready for awhile so we decided to pivot. Since we were in Frontierland still, we decided instead to go over to The Golden Horseshoe for fish & chips. DD got chicken tenders and DS got mozzarella sticks, which made them happier than grilled cheese anyway.

Sadly, it was time to head out of Disneyland for the last time! Always such a bummer to leave a park knowing you won’t get to go back anytime soon because your trip is almost over. This is especially tough for us in Disneyland because our trips there are so few and far between.

As soon as we got in the park, we saw the Red Car Trolley was loading, so we hopped on. I am now SO glad we did this since it is closing next year! What a bummer.

At the last Trolley stop, we hopped off and spotted Nick Wilde selling some Pawpsicles with hardly any wait so we went over to take a picture with him.

After that, we decided to go over to Ghirardelli for a sweet treat, but as we approached it, we suddenly remember that DH was supposed to leave to go pick up the rental car we’d use to get to the airport the next morning. He had to hurry out of the park and left the 3 of us there to get a Cookie Crumble Hot Fudge Sundae to share without him.

We didn’t want to do anything too exciting without him, and we were also running into long wait times, so we hung out in the Pixar Pier and Paradise Gardens Park area to ride a few things that I knew DH wouldn’t mind missing.

The first thing we did that none of us had ever done before was the Golden Zephyr. It was never something I felt the need to spend time riding before, but it had a short wait compared to everything else.

DH texted me that he’d be back in the park soon, and he had booked us a LL for the Incredicoaster in the meantime. We decided to go over to meet him in Avengers Campus to ride Guardians. I don’t have in my notes if we had a LL for this or not, but I feel like we did? No clue when we booked it.

We got the song Free Ride again this time. When we came off this ride, Incredicoaster had gone down and our LL for it had become multi-experience, so we were able to book another one and picked Web Slingers at 6:15 pm. The kids spotted a really fun Donald Duck balloon animal so we asked if we could take a picture of it.

We had missed the meeting times for Raya on previous days, but we definitely wanted to do it today so we started over that way but got distracted by Mickey with no wait! He came over to get DD out of line and loved her princess makeover, he even danced with her!

There was a security guard holding us at the rope, and he was telling everyone if we had any questions about the Disneyland app, Disneyland map, Lightning Lane, Genie + or the meaning of life, he could answer questions about 4 of the 5…he was still trying to figure out Lightning Lane. lol

She probably had enough hair to make a bun the same size they drawn in the movies! And that is a lot of glitter!!!

The Trolley has been a fun memory for our family, such a shame it's going away.

DD had a show & tell at school this past week, and I was trying to help her come up with ideas of something to bring and was struggling to think of what souvenirs she brought home from Disneyland, then I remembered she spent all of her money on snacks!!

She probably had enough hair to make a bun the same size they drawn in the movies! And that is a lot of glitter!!!

SO TRUE! She has a LOT of hair!!! When she was a baby it took so long before she had enough hair to do anything with, and then all of a sudden she ends up with a ton!

So cute!

Day 7 Continued: Friday February 16th

At that point, we kind of had to decide what we wanted to do. Incredicoaster had gone down and was still down, and I think Web Slingers may have been down too. We weren’t sure if we should hang around in the park and hope stuff came back up, or call it an earlier day than we had planned. We decided to get dinner first and then see what happened. Our options were limited due to not being able to have meat, so we ended up back in the Pixar Pier area to get some cheese pizzas at Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta.

I have in my notes that Incredicoaster came back up, and that the app had some kind of glitch that either gave us another Incredicoaster LL or another multi-experience (my note taking had dwindled by this last day! lol). We went over to ride Incredicoaster which had gotten swarmed because people had been waiting for it to come back up, but we got on quickly with the LL. It was still acting weird though, because we had no music or sound.

DH had been eyeing a particular treat at Adorable Abominable Snowman Frosted Treats and had been putting it off because it had gotten so cold at the end of the week, but now that it was our last day, he decided it was now or never and he was going for NOW. It was the It’s Snow-Capped Lemon! - Lemon soft-serve with white chocolate on top.

We stopped for a Photpass photographer in Avengers Campus after the ride. Sometimes Photopass photos in the dark can turn out pretty bad, but I really enjoyed how some of these came out despite the dark. The photographer had us do a lot of fun poses!

And…that was the end of our trip! We had an early flight home the next morning, so we had time for exactly nothing before heading to the airport and flying back to Louisiana.

YES! I always feel like we are trying to fit another week's worth of snacking on the last day just to get ONE MORE of that thing we really love.
