MDR Breakfast and Lunch on the Dream?

I read that breakfast and lunch are offered in the MDR on the Dream as well as at Cabanas and on the pool deck. Anyone have any menus? If not, can you give me an idea of what is offered? Are they sit down or buffets? . Thanks so much.

On our 3-night Dream cruise this is where breakfast and lunch were served each day:

Embarkation Day
Lunch
- Cabanas (breakfast & lunch are always a buffet)
- Enchanted Garden (buffet)
- Flo's aka Filmore's, Luigi's & Tow Mater's (counter service)

Nassau Day
Breakfast
- Cabanas
- Enchanted Garden (?)
- Royal Palace (breakfast & lunch are always sit-down)

Lunch
- Cabanas
- Royal Palace
- Flo's

Castaway Cay Day
Breakfast
- Cabanas
- Enchanted Garden (?)
- Royal Palace

Lunch
- Cabanas
- Cookies
- Flo's

The lunch selections at Cabanas were a little different each day. They had sushi one day. Royal Palace was only open once for lunch on our 3-night. Not sure about the breakfast menus. We ate at Cabanas everyday for breakfast and lunch, except when we had lunch at Cookies.

There is always one sit down restaurant open for breakfast and lunch except on embarkation day (all are buffets then). The breakfast menu is the same each day. The lunch menu is different. There are non-menu items that are always available--like a caesar salad.

We didn't have a sit down restaurant open on Castaway Cay day for lunch.

We did on our last cruise....and if the weather is bad, they sometimes open more than one! Guess it varies.
