Matrix Biolage shampoo/conditioner on the cheap?

I've been using Matrix Biolage shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair for the last several months. I got giant bottles at the salon 2 for $30, and I was really happy with my hair (first time in my life!) so it was worth the cost. Today I went in to buy more conditioner, and they sold me a relatively tiny tube of conditioner for $19! I like to support our local businesses, but I can't afford that! Until they have another great sale, where can I find it at a more reasonable price?

Biolage user for many years here.....

The conditioner is expensive, but a tiny bit goes a long way. I only use it once or twice a week at most.

Target sells it; may be a tad cheaper. Ulta sells the really big bottle of the shampoo for under $20 (BJ's warehouse has it for about the same price too).

Finally, another place to try is a beauty supply place, but the price is higher than if you have a license. I used to get the product at cost when I did monthly bookkeeping for a hair salon....there's definitely a big mark up! Keep your costs down and don't let the kids use it, lol.

If you have a JCPenney Salon near you they often runs specials on this. Whenever one comes out I stock up for the year. Last week the had one liter sets for $30 (1 liter of shampoo and 1 liter of conditioner or balm) They also had a coupon for $10 of $40 or $15 off $75. We have a salon in the mall that sells the liters for $16.95 and I usually get them there if I cant find a deal at JCPenney.

Also, usually in August Walmart's salon also sells the liter sets at 2 for $30 as well.

I was going to suggest exactly this. JCP has deals all the time, and coupons you can combine with it for great savings.

Ulta will have this on sale buy one get one free or more likely buy two get one free.

My meijer sells it for under $20 also. There is also a brand called Biosilk that is a bit cheaper that I think is almost the same.

I'm not sure where you live, but I passed by a Supercuts the other day and they had the Matrix liter bottles on sale 2 for $30. If you have a Supercuts near you, you can give them a try. Maybe the hair salon located in WalMart as well.

I love Biolage and Redken, but I have to recommend avoiding what they sell at Target. I found it was actually more expensive than what I paid at the salon.

The best price I've found is at JCP. Especially since their coupons work on the shampoos, etc. in the salon. Make sure to check the racks just outside the salon as they often have giftpacks on clearance.

Thank you! I love Biolage too but hate the price tag! I'll have ot check out JCP!

I don't get my hair cut at Supercuts, but I'm on their email list for exactly this! PP is correct - liter bottles were (maybe still are) 2 for $30.

Do you have a Beauty Brands near you? They are having their annual Liter Sale--liters are 11.95 each, and I know Biolage is definitely on the list! Its my stock up sale of the year! (Between that and the annual hairspray sale, Im set!)

I have been using Biolage for about 10 years and yes... I buy it all at JCP about once a year! When they have a big sale I stock up and always make sure I also have a coupon!

Ulta is the place for me. I buy all of my makeup and hair products there. I love their point system (sign up for mailing list and get a card). I often stock up when they run the Buy 2 Get 2 promotion on Biolage and my other hair products. The big bottles run about $21-25 each, so its a great deal. I often have enough points to get right back in line and pick up 2-for-2 more for FREE. I can usually walk out with enough of everything to last me 8 to 12 months for about $100.
