Marvel's The Leader

I was playing Marvel Strike Force and found a character that has now become my favorite known simply as The Leader and I had never even seen or heard of this Marvel character before. The Leader is a green fellow with a light bulb shaped head and a beard like Jafar from Aladdin and The Leader actually reminded me of Jafar when I first saw him. From what little info I learned about The Leader he was a Marvel villain who was first seen in She-Hulk comics and then he got really famous in Marvel for a short time. I also saw an action figure of The Leader as well. Does The Leader have a real name too as well?

The Leader, Samuel Sterns, is the Hulk's arech-enemy, first appearing in 1964's Tales to Astonish #62, many years before She-Hulk was created (1979). The Idea is that he is super-intellignet to be the opposite of Hulk's super strenght (and lack of intelligence). The character was in the movie The Incredible Hulk, but only gets gamma irradiated at the end, presumably setting up the character to appear in a future movie, though that hasn't happened.

Tim Blake Nelson played Samuel Sterns in Teh Incredible Hulk. He never actaully becomes Leader in the movie, though at the end he gets doesd with some leaking Gamma radiation and he is starting to mutate.
