Last minute trip - hotel strategies?

I am booking an upcoming trip (last minute) and it looks like Disney resorts are booked up for my planned dates per the official website. Do travel agents have access to holdover rooms? I thought I had heard about that. Otherwise I should look off-site.

I called the Swan and got a room despite the website and Marriott app saying there was no availability there. Good luck

You can try looking at third party vendors for your dates like Undercover Tourist etc. They sometimes have a supply of rooms that Disney does not. Being flexible on the type of resort would also help. Basically whatever is available within your budget. Good luck.

DVC Rental Store has discounted "confirmed reservations" available for a discount. Check what they have for your dates.

5-7 days before your trip rooms open up because of the room only cancellation policy. And rooms pop up all the time. Keep stalking!
