Issue with Universal website for vacation packages

I'm wondering if it's just me or if everyone has the same issue, before I break down and call Universal.

I want to price a vacation. When I just price the hotel, everything is fine. If I want to look at a vacation package, regardless if I click on the link when prompted with my hotel quote, or if I use any other link to the vacation packages on the UOR site (like clicking on "Check availability" on the dining card offer page), I get a blank page. Nothing loads, no error message, nothing at all. I've tried on my phone, on different PCs, using different browsers.

Is it just me, or is there a problem with the site? Or does anyone have any ideas of what I can do?

I have never tried to book a package, but I just went to the US site, clicked on the dining card offer, was able to put in random dates in December, and got a page with prices and resorts to choose from. Not sure if the issue is with Canadian guests? You may need to call.
 
Thanks for confirming it's just me! I was kind of hoping it was an actual issue with the website, but oh well. It's not helping that most VPN don't work either.

I am having the exact same issue! Have been for three days. It won’t even let me go to the vacation packages portion of the website. I have done a multitude of things and everyone else’s around me seems to work. Doesn’t work in my phone or my computer which are two different providers. I have been scouring the internet for a solution and am kind of relieved I’m not going crazy. Did you ever reach out to universal?
 
Exact same issue! I’ve called them 3 times and they said it was fine for them 😡. My dad and brother have the same issue. I have even sent them messages on Twitter to which they say “what browsers are you using?” We’ve tried on 2 browsers, 3 computers and 2 phones!
 
I had no problem yesterday with Chrome on a Mac desktop. The website has always been glitchy. I just went back now and get a blank screen when clicking on 'check availability'.
 
I’ve got nothing but a blank screen on any device I try for the past three days. I would consider that more than a glitch at this point.
 
Hey all! I've been having the same issue for several days and finally broke down and called Universal. The only thing they said was there are some updates happening with the website to reflect the Epic stuff but had no idea why we couldn't see the packages. The rep said there is a "no-frills" page that can be used (not sure of the technical term but no fancy banners, pics, etc 😊), and when I searched that site and it worked perfectly.....res.universalorlandovacations.com/search/Default.aspx?deal=425 HTH!!!
 
I am glad to read it's not just me after all! I managed to get in yesterday by using a VPN in the Bahamas. I could get into the site, turn off the VPN and it worked. I saved the trips in my account (without booking) and they were available through there. But today, those saved trips come up blank. So annoying! Thank you @ryver for the no-frills link, that seems to work ok.
