There are no travel warnings for U.K. travellers going to the US from any respected authority. It’s absurd to think that any person from the U.K. who is going as a genuine tourist or has the appropriate visa will experience any problem.
This here is exactly what worries me about going. International visitors asked valid questions based on facts and government advice. Then a handful of Americans feel the need to make absolutely crazy and false statements based on their conspiracy theories. I can’t work out if this is due to Trumps disinformation or trumps just very good at grooming certain people.

They literally reworded the travel advice on the website. So did Germany. Now advises that there is a higher risk of detention (because there is). It was a widely covered news story.
lol she was arrested for harassing women accessing health care. We have buffer zones where people can’t protest to ensure they can access the care they need with dignity. This crazy women breeched it.

The U.K. Government has no specific warnings regarding travel to the US. They have a standard advisory note regarding conditions of entry to the US. They always have had a similar notice. They have similar advice for every country. Law abiding citizens have nothing to be concerned about.

Yes but my point is that they updated it about detention which is new! I wish I’d never asked now! Jesus didn’t realise it would trigger people. I’m just taking my daughters to Disney, which I also enjoy. It’s just unfortunate trumps ruining America.

You don’t have to be careful about saying anything truthful about America. But when Americans note the attacks on free speech in the U.K. and you call them rubbish, expect to be corrected.
