I can never control myself in places like that, although I did try. I only ate one portion of chopped steak, some mashed potatoes w/gravy, a piece of cornbread, a handful of nachos and about 1/2 cup of ice cream w/sprinkles. Along with like 3 Dr. Peppers

It still says I am up by 0.2 lbs.

Oh well, weigh myself again next week and see what it says then.
I was having such a crap day today and I felt awful. Headache all day, felt very cold all day long no matter what I did. Ended up curled up on the couch most of the day sleeping because I felt so crap.
