How much of the 70th anniversary celebration programming could one expect in December?

Usually by the start of the Christmas season, Disneyland goes full steam on holiday decor and brings out the holiday parade, holiday nighttime spectaculars, etc. So I'm wondering how much of the 70th celebration special programming would be around by then. I would like to see Paint the Night and the new WoC, for instance, but am I right in assuming those won't be showing in December?

We'll be back June 2026 so I guess I can hope to catch it all then.

I kept the anniversary things going through the holiday season during the 60th celebration. But I really have my doubts. They will do that this time.

Now that I look at the Disney Parks Blog announcement again, it may only be the Better Together Parade and Wondrous Journeys that pauses for the holidays.

Didn't someone say that there isn't room for two sets of parade floats backstage? I thought that was why they are having a cavalcade (instead of a daytime parade) along with PTN. If that is indeed the case, will they move out PTN floats and bring in Christmas Fantasy floats? Or will they just keep PTN all year? :confused3

The question was asked on Plan Disney and they gave a kind of, sort of, maybe type of answer.

I thought it was room for 2 sets of parades at Disneyland, not including DCA? I of course could be wrong (it happens). I don't think they ever moved Christmas Fantasy or Pixar Parade off site. Or at least I never saw anything about them doing so on social media.

There is no daytime parade at Disneyland because they moved Magic Happens offsite when they brought in Paint the Night .

It is possible that they run both Christmas Fantasy and Paint the Night during the Holidays.

Unless something changed, they found a way to manage it during the 60th anniversary.

The fireworks will be Holiday and from what I have heard Paint the Night will go on hiatus as well with Christmas Fantasy parade running instead. WoC will also likely be the holiday version as well.
If so, then basically it'll just be some decor here and there, plus the Walt annimatronic, lol

I would love that! Disney parades are one of my main draws. I wish I could see Magic Happens, Christmas Fantasy, and Paint the night in one day, that would be the dream. (I got spoiled when I went to Tokyo Disney last year, they were running three different parades daily!)
