I'm thinking of starting to make fudge tonight for the family party next Saturday. I'm sure if I keep it in tupperware it will be mean, just looking for reassurances.

you're kidding....RIGHT?
according to some studies that I pretended to look up on the interweb, you are required to continously nibble on it, after offerring to guests and/or spouse and children. (a question transmitted by telepathy will suffice) and their refusal to interfere in your consuming this health food.
(health food, you say? WHY yes, look at what it is made of! every item needed for continued good health.)

There's another study that says in order to be properly executed it should contain rum. But then you roll it into balls and call them "rum balls" instead of fudge. I'll be doing some of those later this week.Serious challenge to keep the children out of those, but it's worth the effort...

Alternate until full!!!!! (or passed out)
Since chocolate starts out as a bean[/I] and grows on a tree, I believe it is either a fruit or a veggie.
So you should eat it all, it's very good for you.

My parents asked me to make some of my fudge for them for christmas this year.
Since Dec. 1, I have made over 30 batches of fudge. It just does not last in my home. the kids walk through the kitchen and the fudge vanishes. My husband wakes up in the midle of the night for munchies, the fudge is gone....
I am trying to play with a few differant varriations on fudge. I am looking for a good chocolate beanutbutter recipie.
Does anyone have a good recipe they can share?
