Grad gift ideas for daughter and her boyfriend?

My daughter (a Disney veteran) is graduating high school this year and we will be going in July, bringing her boyfriend. I am looking for suggestions of something special I can gift her for them to do together as a grad gift. Any suggestions for a special meal? Something special to do at a resort? Not wanting to spend over $200. And I will have to drive them as we are starting offsite and I will have two other teen boys to haul along.

As cheap sounding as this may be... gift cards valued at $200. Then they can pick what they want to do and you've essentially paid for it.

one of the meal/shows? Like the Spirit of Aloha, or Hoopy De Doo? Or a horse drawn carriage ride after a nice dinner at Disney Springs (they can take the boat ride from DS to POR or POFQ)?/
