I did not see a recent post on this topic. I am planning a trip to DL. Has anyone traveled to Disneyland with their own personal ECV? Is there a way to get it from the airport to one of the disney area hotels without renting a car? I will be coming in to Long Beach airport. The scooter is a victory 10, it breaks down but will not fit in a trunk with luggage. I am a WDW regular and usually use Mears so the ECV gets loaded under the bus. Is there a similar service for Disneyland? I know there is Uber WAV or maybe wheelchair accessible taxi but will they be able to fit 4 people luggage and the scooter? Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

My experience was LAX to Disneyland. Scooter was a foldable.
Tried Uber Wav. Couldn't locate a vehicle. Tried again twice..Gave up. Used a Lyft XL..Drivers told me he never saw an Uber Wav. Only 2 of us.

Suggestion. UBER has XXL Room for 6 with extra room for luggage. Should be big enough. A second ride.share is fail safe. A soft duffel bag should be able to go on top of your scooter

As someone who lives in the area, I can tell you there are accessible Taxis and they are decently priced, they will give you a quote before sending someone. Another option is public transit of course. There are also shuttle services available. There are also transportation companies that specialize in transporting those who have mobility devices.

There is a company which rents scooters, located in the BW located across the street from DL.

OPs group would be responsible to dissassemble and load the scooter if they go with ride share.

Thanks for the info, this could be helpful for others looking for advice. I'm not looking to rent though as I travel with my personal mobility device.

Yes, they are a good company called Select Scooter Rental/Select Mobility. Another good option is Gold Mobility is now in Anaheim as well and they now offer single day rentals in Anaheim.

But as the OP said they wanted to bring their own, I would stick with accessible taxis, shuttles or public transportation, all are valid options.

I checked the airports website. Taxis are flat rate $50 flat rate to DL. Accessible taxis are available. I'd contact them in advance. You might need 2 taxis.

Update: We used Karmel Connect. They were the only shuttle company I contacted that said they could transport the ECV, luggage and people. I just marked oversize item on my reservation and then confirmed in the chat. We booked round trip from Long Beach airport to Grand Californian. They had great communication, on time and safe driving. We had to help load the scooter (lift it into the van) which was not a problem for our party but wanted others to be prepared for it.
