We have decided that we want to visit Gatorland as we have never been, can anyone tell me about the food there.
I took a look at their website and couldn't find any food on the menu that looked like a vegetarian could eat there.

Gatorland is awesome, you'll love it (I'm a recent season pass enjoyer)
They have a large food court/area of sorts at one of the ends of the park and they have *some* options for vegetarians (I'm one as well)..like cheese pizza, fries and... that's about it... they do have a newly renovated store with very good ice cream...I'm considered an ice cream gourmand so I know ;) and a large selection of snacks.

Also, there is an excellent Mexican restaurant nearby (the best Mexican in Orlando, imo) called El Tapatio within walking distance of Gatorland.. I'm talking like a 10 minute walk.. google it... and needless to say it has many options for vegs.. (try the veg huarache - you'll love it)... so you can take an hour break and go for lunch there and come back (not sure if they'll allow it tho, but ask)

Have fun... bring a cassowary and a wombat or 2 with you ;)
Gatorland would greatly benefit from new wildlife..although the capy's are the main attraction atm - way more than the gators lol

thank you, I'm fine with a cheese pizza LOL
I'm really looking forward to our visit, and hoping to get to meet the capybara while we are there and feed them :)

I drive past GLand a lot and always surprised but it is very popular for locals.
I like to get there early .
It is a lot of fun and I have been passholder for 2 years now.
Thanks for suggesting the Mexican Restaurant !
El Tapatio

Yeah, for Gatorland you need to arrive early to avoid the crowds and buy the capybara experience tickets which sell out very fast... if you arrive after noon you'll likely miss out the capy's.

Gatorland is great. So old Florida. Worth every cent.
Huge outside mall about half a mile down the road.
I would suggest , eat a big meal before and snack with at park .
TONS of restaurants in area. Easy to get to also with Turnpike and 417 right there.
Enjoy
