Here is a list of the video categories, how many times a week you should do them. Then I will post a listing of all the Video's:
Video Categories :



Using the following three categories you can create an effective rotation using just the FIRM videos you have! All FIRM videos fall into one of three categories: Cardio+Sculpt (C+S), Cardio (C), and Sculpt (S).

For maximum results, complete two to three Cardio+Sculpt videos and one to two Cardio videos each week. Supplement your workouts with one to two Sculpt videos, for a total of no less than 3 workouts per week, and no more than 6 workouts per week. Select the workouts that best represent your fitness needs!

Cardio+Sculpt:
For maximum body shaping and fat loss in the shortest time possible, MOST of your workouts should be from this category—for beginners to advanced exercisers.

Cardio:
A Cardio fans dream-come-true, these workouts, (mostly cardio, some weight work), build endurance, burn extra calories, and chase away the blues whenever you want variety—and just want to move!

Sculpt:
For total-body muscle sculpting or targeting problem areas, these workouts (mostly weight training) restore youthful muscle shape—and reduce fat by increasing your metabolic rate!

Melanie, thank you so much for all this FIRM info!! I'm new to the FIRM and not sure where to start. I'll go through all this and hopefully I'll figure it out.

Some of them are really old from the 80's. A lot of the older stuff is compilation video's. sets from different older video's put together. So even if something is from the 90's, it may be video segments from the 80's.
 
Melanie - how wonderful of you to go through the trouble of putting all this FIRM info together for us in one place. I would love to add to my collection and you have made it easy for me. Thanks so much!
 
WOW I just found this thread and thought I'd post to bump it for all of us FIRMers. Melanie thanks for posting all this FIRM info! I know this is definitely going to help me know how I can rotate my workouts. Thanks again!!! Now I'm off to try Maximum Cardio Burn Plus Abs for the 1st time.

mel -- this is awesome; overwhelming but awesome

and it even has my old video on it! i finally looked it up I have low impact vol 2, I think now i'm soooo confused!!

this is definately not weekend reading material for me, i'll tackle it monday but I really do appreciate the breakdown!!
 
Wow amazing job. I hopefully will get to the store today to buy more. But actually do you have a good website besides the "official" one to buy tapes.
