I think they're redoing some of the code. A bunch of listings are still missing. Give it a day or two.Looks like they updated their website today. No longer showing the price per point on the listings which is disappointing. Wonder how long until the aggregators adjust.

I've had a very good experience with Fidelity before.Looks like we are putting in an offer on a contract at Fidelity. I will say their process/information on their website is lacking a bit, but prices were good. Has anyone worked with David H?
On our last contract we use Cammy at Mason Title and were very happy. Is she still there does anyone know?
Thanks for the update. This is our first add-on and its been awhile since we purchased our first contract. Delving back into this process and getting acquainted with any changes. I appreciate the heads up.I've had a very good experience with Fidelity before.
Cammy now has her own title co, https://www.dvcclosings.com/, and we used her on our last purchase. Would easily recommend her for yours too.

Good to know. I am still waiting to sign our accepted offer paperwork hopefully today. Anything else I should be a heads up on with Fidelity?Cammy is great and so is her new company. I also used Mason since she left them because they still allow up to $7500 on credit card without any fees. Mason was great. One of the quickest closings I’ve experienced.
DVC Closings only allows up to $5000 on credit card.

They are known to make errors. Just review the contract in detail to make sure it’s what you agreed to. Other than that, you should be fine.
They also charge an admin fee of $225 (it will be in the contract). Most agents disclose it before making an offer, while others don’t. I’ve not been impressed with David H but I’m sure he will be fine as long as you double check everything.
They are good. The website isn’t great though and they only work business hours mostly. To be fair, haven’t worked much with David H beyond preliminary offer stage, but he seemed nice and professional.Looks like we are putting in an offer on a contract at Fidelity. Thanks! Yea, I feel the same about their website. I did call the agent and he was responsive and gave me a call back later that night to let us know our offer was accepted. I appreciated that. DVC purchases resale are just such a wait game that it's hard to know what's standard and what's unnecessary when it comes to work behind the scenes. Communication helps so hopefully that can continue. They are good. The website isn’t great though and they only work business hours mostly.
Camry isn’t at Mason but Mason is still good; you can use Mason or I believe Fidelity will offer you Cammy’s new company by default. But Mason is a bit less expensive and I’ve had good experiences with them. Cammy’s new company is good too.

Yes, Fidelity is basically a reselling machine. The salesperson is only involved originally, and then everything passes on to their contract department. It is different than other places I’ve used.David H has been helpful so far and willing to call and get the information. It sounds like he now passes everything along to the person to prepare the contract and was happy to use Cammy for title. He has lots of positive things to say about her as well.
We worked with David before. He was pretty adamant about only using who he recommended to use for title mainly since it was Hawaii he was saying there was only one option. But my seller was paying title fees so I let it go. He got back to me quick and everything else was fine.Looks like we are putting in an offer on a contract at Fidelity. I like Cammy but she is now Affiliated with Fidelity and pricey so compare prices if you can. They do offer e-notary which can be nice if they are not backed up.I've had a very good experience with Fidelity before.

Hawaii does have some limits on who can handle parts of the closing due to state law. We went through this with a non-DVC acquisition a few years back.mainly since it was Hawaii he was saying there was only one option
