Favorite Restaurants along I-95 driving to PC

Does anyone have a favorite restaurant they like to stop at on I-95? We like to avoid chains. I'm specifically interested in the area between Brunswick, GA and St. Augustine, FL, but if you have a regular stop outside that area, please post it as well! We're always looking for good places on that drive.

Also list favorites as you get close to PC, as we sometimes like to do an early lunch for an appetizer or something, to spend a bit of time before our PAT and so no one gets hangry!

Just a hair south of St. Augustine, but... Flagler Fish Company in Flagler Beach, Florida...

Closer to PC, you can’t beat Dixie Crossroads. The broiled rock shrimp are one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.

One of our favorites is Mango Mango's in St. Augustine Beach.

For our upcoming drive though, I think we're going to need to eat before then. Plus it's a ways off the highway.

Funky Pelican on Flagler beach. A bit south of St Augustine and about 90 miles from PC
Good food with an awesome view of the ocean.

We've eaten here before as well, it's definitely a great one! I have pictures of the kids when they were little, at the fountain outside this restaurant.

Years ago we liked an Italian restaurant in Brunswick, GA and ate there maybe 3x - Matteo's - but it's gone out of business. We also used to stop at a Mellow Mushroom - I think it was in GA close to the GA/FL border, but now we have those all over the place near us so it's not as unique anymore.
