This makes me excited for Boma breakfast in a few weeks. We have never been!

This grouping is probably our favorite at all of Disney. The options at AKL and AK are quite good, and a regular stop on our trips.

Just adding - if you are looking for something vaguely healthy, the chicken Caesar salad at Harambe Market at AK was delicious! Dressing was very good, it was filling and I didn't feel gross after eating!

I recently had the slightly less healthy but better than most chicken and shrimp rice bowl there. It was phenomenal.

Just adding - if you are looking for something vaguely healthy, the chicken Caesar salad at Harambe Market at AK was delicious! Dressing was very good, it was filling and I didn't feel gross after eating!

We recently ate there, only because it was closest to us and we were starving! But I was so pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken rice bowl and loved it. I see that they also offer it in kids meals-if it's the same as the one I had, just a smaller portion, I might go for it. This one was so big, I couldn't finish it.

And to add, we just finished the BEST burger at Victoria Falls, the lounge in AKL. Delicious!

Yes, voted.

Need to add that Mrs. wabbott has duplicated, to a reasonable facsimile, the recipe for bobotie and zebra domes.

She bakes the bobotie in a casserole dish rather than the skillet they use at Boma, so it is a bit more moist.

Her zebra domes aren't quite as pretty as the ones made @ Boma, but the taste is there.

Being able to make zebra domes at home would be so cool! Would she be willing to share her recipe? I don't think Disney has.

I have strong feelings about this, but I had a harder time picking #3 (Boma)

Tiffins and Jiko are far and away the best in the area, and this is on a list of strong contenders!

I gape at Joe Rohde's sketchbooks while waiting for our table at Tiffins, and the food has never disappointed. The whole fish distresses everyone else at our table but it is SO good. (I miss the purple rice it used to come with).

Jiko - can't say anything bad about it. A spectacular meal in a gorgeous setting; the bread (again!) is amazing.

Boma - is very good, but there's enough overlap with Tusker House that I can get my fix in the parks. (AKL/AKV isn't a home resort so we don't stay there so often.)

Agree with Tiffins and Jiko. Two of the best of the entire property.

Unpopular opinion, but Boma was a one-and-done for me. I just don't get the hype. I few stand-out items in a sea of generic, low-quality food.
