extended evening hours during Christmas break

We will be visiting during Christmas-New year eve and stay in one of the Deluxe resorts. I am disappoint to find out there is no extended evening hours scheduled in MK, Epcot and Hollywood Studios during the week. Is there any possibility that EEH might be added in the future? Thanks!

There are two Extended Evening hours during Christmas week; Monday December 23 at Epcot and Wednesday December 25 at Animal Kingdom. There are two Extended Evening hours during the week of New Year's Day; Wednesday January 1 at Animal Kingdom and Friday January 3 at Hollywood Studios. Two per week is the normal amount, although there have been a few exceptions. I think it is highly unlikely they will add any more. I don't believe they have added any to the calendar after it came out since they started Extended Evening hours.

You can go to Animal Kingdom on January 1 if you want.

They do 2 a week…meaning Sunday to Saturday. Which they are doing. You’re not locked out, you could do January 1st at AK.

I see MK is open until midnight on Christmas but it does not say they are EEH

If they were Extended Evening Theme Park Hours (for Deluxe Resort guests only), it would say. It's AK, not MK, that has Extended Evening hours on December 25 (6:00-8:00).

When I look at the calendar on Disneyworld.com and on the app, it has MK closing at 9:00 on December 25. Are you perhaps looking at last year's hours? The current hours may be extended. If they are extended, to 12:00 or whenever, that does not make them "Extended Evening" hours. Those extended hours will be for everyone. "Extended Evening Theme Park Hours" refers to the perk just for Deluxe Resort guests. It doesn't refer to all hours that have been extended from the original schedule.
