No, but the more minutes you watch, then you will show you are interested in the content for a longer time. This can help boost when a video is shown as a suggestion to others.

You finished the video, therefore it is more likely good content, and might be relevant to others, and YouTube recommends it to others. Which can result in more views or engagement. It might go shower than liking or leaving a comment, but it does help them indirectly.
