DVC for less has taken the fun out of treasure hunting

This exactly! A partially stripped Riviera for $172 point is highway robbery and needs to be 1 Star.

Otherwise, I love the site and I spend way too much time on it trying to get the perfect contract.
Bingo! I saw that today and was like "in what world...?". Sometimes I wish listings came with a comment section lol.

I recommended that to @rferrar1 once. They are trying to be impartial on the aggregator. And I can see how that can be abused, someone sends their cult like following from their Facebook group to spam it with good/bad comments driving to/away from certain listings. But it would be nice to have somewhere to discuss live deals, like "this one might look loaded but you wont be able to bank that by the time you close", "They have a extended close", "This 1000pt isnt going to move until it huts $xx p/p", etc.,. Maybe even talk about rejected offers on there, can see specifically what contract it is instead of trying to back into it from the little information on the other thread here.

I’ve always wanted this for Zillow.🤣

My first Disney trip was as an eight year old staying at the Disneyland Hotel. And I still remember how amazing and beautiful it all was, and playing Marco Polo in the pool. Great memories! I haven’t been to DCA or Grand Cal but I bet I would love it.
It makes sense that you would want a home resort with a fantastic pool with memories like those.

I got excited when I got the email alert, read it, cleared my eyes, read it again... 🤣

I was hoping it was a $127 asking price/typo but.. that's one hefty loan repayment

Personally, I doubt it as it’s only going to get older and less shiny and new over time…but we will see.
For a newer resort it has been a pretty poor resale performer. I think the appeal is to a minority of resale buyers who dont have access to the resort and wanted to buy some points to go there every now and then and rent them when not using them. The further we get from the initial date I think the supply of people who want those RIV points will be less not more at least until the 2042 resorts get so close to expiration that people want to run to a different resort that has a direct transportation option of sorts to Epcot and HS.
