DVC Anniversary Cruise booked up!

My sil'l that live in GA got there cards around the 15th. They were able to book 2 rooms.

It seems that different areas got cards sent at different times.

In PA I recieved y on the 23.

We live in Maryland and received our post card today. I was lucky enough to see the offer on DVC website last Sunday and called MS on Monday but they were closed. I finally got through Tuesday morning after hitting redial many times and then on hold almost 20 minutes. We're booked on our first cruise

We finally got our postcard notice today . Yes, it would be nice if mailings went out at the same time.

I received the post card last Tuesday, Jan 22nd. Called to book on Friday and was told it was sold out on TUESDAY, the day I received the mailing. Needless to say I'm a little upset having been a member since July 93.. DVC didn't plan this very well. Good luck to all who got the mailing early and were able to book. I know you're excited. I wish I was one of them.... I hope DVC will offer the same package to all the other members who were unable to enjoy this benefit. You see, our daughter is a Senior, and her wish was to go on a cruise. This would have been such a joy for us to be able to do this for her. She had even invited a friend from New Jersey who was also planning to go - both Seniors. So we, as members, are not the only ones who are disappointed. I really feel DVC fell short - and must say this is our first real disappointment since becoming members. DVC should do something to make good on this offer to those of us who were denied this opportunity because of the way the mailing was distributed.
